Jag’s Grill & Spirits of Valley Center is closer than one thinks, located just 15 minutes from down town Escondido.  Jag’s is an original family owned restaurant offering an All-American casual dining experience.  Abbreviated from the word Jaguars, Jag’s symbolizes the spirit of nearby Valley Center High School, “Home of the Jaguars.”  Jag’s atmosphere ranges from family friendly, to a neighborhood bar where friends take in a game on the wide-screen televisions, to a romantic dinner abode – the perfect venue for all occasions.  Decked out in futuristic décor, a large glowing moon illustrates the bright future for Valley Center, while banners and photos of local athletic accomplishments are proudly displayed on the walls.

New to Jag’s is the Patio Bar, nestled in a tropical setting of waterfalls and palms.  The patio dining can accommodate parties of up to 55 people and welcomes traveling clubs and bus tours.  Bar specials on the patio are offered Friday and Saturday nights.
